The retail industry faces a 7% increase in the cost of holiday returns because of supply chain issues. Walmart, Target, and Best Buy were the first to feel rising logistics expenses.

“There’s no scale packaging. There’s no scale movement. There’s no freight consolidation. All of those things return backward through the supply chain, one at a time,” shared John Morris, Head of Industrial and Logistics at CBRE.
